• Suitable to control AC or DC supply.
• No contact bounce, no contact arc, and no wear and tear.

• Can be configure to 1 of the following output control:
  • input latching, when there is no input signal drive, output will hold previous state.
  • reset to off state, when there is no input signal drive, output will drive FET to off state.
  • reset to on state, when there is no input signal drive, output will drive FET to on state.
• Relay can be configure to drive voltage as high as 1700V and 39A.
• Input signal can be connected in series to ensure same time multiple pole switching or push pull totem pole.
• Input signal is fully isolated from output drive circuit.
• Small PCB foot print dimension: 44mm by 49mm
• High speed switch on time 8.3us, off time 11us
